With the focus almost always being on the big players (Microsoft, Oracle etc.), it is easy to forget the other volumes of licensable and non-licensable software that need to be considered when migrating to the Cloud.  And to be quite honest, it is a bit of a chore to work out whether software is permitted/supported in this area as it often involves reaching out for written consent.
